研究领域:

致力于二维表界面表征与调控,利用光谱学技术表征并阐明器件工作机理,实现以神经形态器件为代表的二维功能器件的制备和研究。研究方向包括:表面与界面工程;二维功能器件和感存算一体芯片开发;表面增强拉曼光谱。已发表一作及通讯文章(含共一、共通)14篇,包括Nat. Commun.、Adv. Mater.、Adv. Funct. Mater.、Light Sci. Appl.等,H因子为15。
