陈乾老师简介

 

个人简介:
陈乾,男,博士,高级工程师,硕士生导师,教研室主任。2003年南京师范大学物理系本科毕业。2006年东南大学物理系硕士毕业后留校任教。2008-2011年在东南大学物理系在职攻读理学博士学位。主要从事低维半导体材料的能带调制、磁性诱导以及新能源利用方面的理论计算研究工作,在国际顶级期刊Nature Communications, Nano Letter, JACS等杂志上发表高水平SCI学术论文20余篇。为Journal of Materials Chemistry, Advanced Electronic Materials,Surface Science, International Journal of Hydrogen Energy, Physica E等国际学术期刊审稿人。

半导体纳米晶体的电子结构和在新能源方面的应用;磁性半导体复合材料的设计与电磁性质的研究;二维半导体材料表(界)面结构分析和对材料电磁性质的影响。
