研究领域:
长期致力于新型半导体材料(二维TMDCs、钙钛矿、CdSe基二维胶体量子阱及零维胶体量子点)的激子物理与物性调控研究。主要通过多种光谱表征手段(如拉曼、荧光、吸收、时间分辨荧光光谱、超快瞬态吸收光谱及单光子光谱)深入研究激子主导的光学特性,并系统研究其在外部物理场(压力、温度、磁场)调控下的演变机制。相关研究为新型半导体材料的光电性能突破、有效调控及光电器件优化提供了理论支撑与实验依据。
迄今,以第一作者身份(含通讯作者)身份在Nat. Commun,J. Am. Chem.Soc.,Adv. Mater.,Nano Lett.,ACS Photonics,Chem. Mater.等国际知名期刊发表论文11篇,受邀撰写英文专著章节2篇,累计发表SCI论文24篇,Google citation 1340,H-index 17。担任Nat. Commun., Adv. Mat., Nano Lett., Angew. Chem.等国际知名期刊的审稿人。
